描述

动物用小鼠T细胞(Th1)进行免疫接种。 脾细胞与NS-1骨髓瘤细胞融合。 在活化的小鼠T细胞上检测到表达的一个39KDa抗体蛋白。 1992年五月提交到ATCC的培养物污染了支原体。 其后代通过BM 细胞周期蛋白处理21天消除支原体。
